Alcatraz Island
yo so relativly quiet one today. headed to Ike’s Place for lunch, got there early coz if u get there too late u can wait an hour. This is for a take away sandwhich place by the way. My mind wasnt blown like the place was talked up, but then again i probably have never had a sandwhich that good before.
later in the day hit Alcatraz Island. place was smaller than i thought, but still kewl. awesome views of the city from the island. audio guided cellblock tour was rad too.
met up with max again, got Love and Haight for dinner (more sandwhiches, lol!) Americans really seem to take sandwhiches seriously. met one of his friends who when she found out I was from Australia, asked “have you been to Adelaide” when i told her thats where im from, she was stoked. because her name is atchelly Adelaide! sick. probs gonna hit bed early tonight, gotta get up early for a day trip to Yosamite.
